Return & Refund
The following terms and conditions only apply to orders placed on the INSE website. For orders purchased from other platforms (e.g. Amazon), please follow the Return&Refund Policy of the corresponding platform.
You can purchase goods from this website by using one of the listed payment methods.
INSE reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
We do not accept returns of merchandise without a purchase order number or with a shipping date greater than 30 days from the date of shipment.
Our goal is to provide the best product quality, on-time delivery and lifetime limited support. We ask you, our customers, to keep this in mind:
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service [help@inselife.com] to check the status of your order. If your order is successfully cancelled, we will issue a refund within 3-7 business days.
If your product has not yet shipped from Our Factory, we will allow you to cancel the order.
If your product has been shipped from Our Factory, we cannot cancel the order for you because we are no longer operational and cannot intercept the product.
- RETURN
If you want to return the product, contact us at help@inselife.com first. We will give you the return address. Do not return the goods yourself before we give the correct return address. Otherwise, we will not take any responsibility and cannot make a refund.
1. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of the product, you can use the 30-day money back guarantee.
2. unwanted equipment or equipment purchased in error can be returned with prior authorization by contacting us at help@inselife.com.
(In cases 1 and 2, we deduct 15% of the item price as depreciation costs. In addition, the customer must bear the costs for the return.)
3.If the item is defective within 30 days, there are three ways to refer to:
1) Customers can choose return and refund; (There is no fee from customers).
2) Customers can choose return and exchange; (We will pay the shipping fee for the return).
3) If a new part that is in stock could fix the problem, we could send the certain part directly for free without sending the machine back;
Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping charges for machines and/or parts.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and include all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- RETURN EXCEPTION
1. we do not accept return of goods without order number or shipped over 30 days from shipment date.
2. accessories are excluded from return.
The cost to us as a company is too high to accept returns, re-stock used parts, and pay shipping for an item that is not damaged or has no defects.
3. merchandise that has malicious physical damage.
4. any other defects that are not due to workmanship or product quality
5. goods that are excessively worn, show signs of use and affect the secondary sale
6. any defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, modifications to hardware or supporting settings files, and external causes such as natural disasters, water damage, extreme thermal or environmental conditions
7. any defects caused by transportation or loading during the return journey.
- RETURN METHOD
Please return the device to the address provided by the support. We will refund the purchase amount within 3-7 days after receiving the product.
After confirming that the returned product arrives, we would check it and if it is damaged in transit, our warehouse will refuse to accept it and we will refuse the refund. If it is in good condition, we will process the refund.
However, if due to the convenience of the customer, the refund is cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deducted.
- REFUND
We can only refund orders that have been cancelled, not shipped or where the product has been returned and received.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method such as PayPal that you used to place the order.

- DAMAGE
If any/part of the product you received has a quality problem, we will send you a free replacement part. We are responsible for locating the problem and sending free parts until it is fixed.
(If you buy an accessory but receive a defective part, you don't need to return the accessory and we would help you send a new one).
*We will cover the shipping cost for return and reshipment. In addition, we may request a refund if the product cannot be replaced due to production completion or limited products, even if you request a replacement.
*This policy is not to be confused with the manufacturer's warranty, which will continue after this 30-day return policy expires.
- CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE
In some cases, Value Added Tax (VAT), other taxes, customs and/or duties are required by the country of destination. These additional costs for taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. INSE does not offer refunds or accept returns if the consignee has not paid the customs fees or taxes.
If customs clearance procedures are required, there may be delays that may affect our original delivery time estimate. INSE is not responsible for packages that are detained by a country's customs authority.
