Thank you for choosing to purchase INSE products. To protect your rights and interests, please read the following warranty terms carefully.


Limited Warranty&Lifetime Customer Support

Limited Warranty & Lifetime Customer Support applies only to eligible purchases made directly from the official INSE store. The warranty applies only to the original owner and to the original product and is non-transferable.

INSE warrants the equipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase when used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with the requirements described in the owner's manual, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

What is covered by this warranty?

The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective at INSE's sole discretion will be repaired or replaced as long as you own the original unit.

In the case of a replacement unit, warranty coverage will expire one year from the date of receipt of the replacement unit or the remaining term of the existing warranty, whichever is later. INSE reserves the right to replace the unit with a unit of equal or greater value. Return shipping and re-shipping charges (ground freight only) will be prepaid by INSE for a warranty claim that meets the eligibility requirements.

What is not covered by this warranty?

Conditions that exclude products from the limited warranty include, but are not limited to:

✸Defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, modifications to hardware or supporting settings files, and external causes such as natural disasters, water damage, extreme heat or environmental conditions.

✸Deficiencies caused by transportation or loading during the return journey.

✸Any other defects not due to workmanship or product quality.

For external power supplies, conditions that exclude products from the limited warranty include:

✸Returned power supplies that have obvious damage from hard objects, cracks, broken legs, and/or severe deformation;

✸A returned power cord that is broken, has an exposed wire, or has similar damage.

✸Do not use the original adapter included in the package.

✸Second-hand products

✸Not purchased by yourself, but received as a gift from others.

✸Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How To initiate a warranty claim
You must send an email to help@inselife.com or fill out the warranty form to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the order information as proof of purchase.
