Shipping Policy

1. ARRIVAL TIME

After you (the buyer) place the order and we process the charges, we will do our best to ship it on the day or next day. Due to COVID-19, there might be a delay in your package. Under normal circumstances, it usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive. But when some products are out of stock, we need to take action and it would take 5-10 business days to arrive.

Please note that rush shipping is not available because we need to ship via ground.

2. TRACKING INFO

If you have checked that you would like to receive an email with tracking information, we will send the tracking information to the email address you provided at checkout within 24-48 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at help@inselife.com.

3. DAMAGE

Please inspect the packaging of your merchandise when it arrives. If you find any damage, please note it on your signature for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to help@inselife.com and customer service will assist you.

4.SUPPORT AREA

We only ship to Germany, U.K. and Austria.
Shipments sent to Germany and U.K. do not charge freight, while shipments sent to Austria cost less than €58 will be charged €8 for freight.
