Shipping policy

1. ARRIVAL TIME

After you (the buyer) place the order and we process the charges, we will do our best to ship it out today or next day. Due to the COVID-19, there might be a delay in your package. Under normal circumstances, it usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive. But if some products are out of stock, we have to take action and it would take 5-10 business days to arrive.

Please note that expedited shipping is not available as we have to ship via ground.


2. PURSUIT INFO


If you have ticked that you would like to receive an email with tracking information, we will send you the tracking information within 24-48 hours after your order has left the warehouse to e- Email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at help@inselife.com


3. DAMAGE


Please check the packaging of your goods when they arrive. If you find any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to help@inselife.com and customer service will help you.


4.SUPPORT AREA


We only ship to Germany and Austria.
For shipments to Germany, no freight costs will be charged, while shipments to Austria will cost less than €58 €8 freight will be charged
